IT Professionals who are struggling with weight loss because of their tight schedule, other priorities in life
Hey Guys! I know that many Busy Professionals are struggling with losing weight, getting in shape and building healthy eating habits given that it might seem conflicting with the busy life style and other priorities in life.
Most people I have talked to so far has been converging on couple main problems, namely :
1)They don't have time
2)They don't have the motivation/energy to workout especially after having worked for hours in sedentary manner
3)Lack of knowledge or worse wrong information when it comes to exercise/nutrition
4)They are frustrated for not having the results that they desire even though they made a lot of sacrifices (be it food or time for exercise.)
Would you guys agree that these are your main issues as well ? If so have you done anything to resolve these issues and/or working on them currently ?
PS: I'm not promoting a program or service but only looking for feedback and I apologize beforehand if this post is outside of the boundaries of what r/nformationTechnology dictates. I'm trying to learn more about my target audience so I can better help them and yes I'm posting this on couple other subreddits where I think my audience is.
