Simplest esignature system with signature pads for a non-profit social service organization without IT?
My boss is not tech savvy, but can work with technology pretty well. We don't have IT support, and need to deploy a very simple system that could allow for clients/consumers to sign release of info page, and various points within an independent living plan using a signature pad device.
- Currently the release of info form is in a word document, but the ILP is in Excel format. There are 7 Independent Living Coordinators, and we all conduct home visits and require multiple signatures once the consumer establishes their goals.
- Also, I am blind and use a screen reader which requires the signature device management software to be accessible to me. Could be that sticking with ms office plugins for signatures and Acrobat plugins are the most accessible.
- Given we conduct a lot of visits in rural areas the system cannot be reliant on the internet.
- We're flexible on moving away from certain form formats for the ILP if we could devise a system that is easy for my boss to manage.
- I don't think we need fancy signature pads with screens unless someone here has a compelling reason.
- Signature pads can't be tied to some gimmicky software
- These pads would be used for like 5 signatures per week, so durability doesn't matter as much.
Thanks in advance. :)
