IT meets HR?
Hi everyone! I live in Ontario, Canada, and I recently finished a program HR and got a job at a staffing firm. I am trying find out what steps I can take to find the role that overlaps HR and IT. Do I learn a software like SAP? HRIS? Dynamics? What are my options? Do I change focus from HR to release management or something? Any help would be great!
