Drive-by shooting outside California Hooters leaves 2 adults, teen wounded; 3 suspects arrested



A man and two juveniles have been arrested after a drive-by shooting outside a Hooters restaurant in Southern California wounded two adults and a teen on Saturday, authorities said.
