Booting up an old computer, Dell Optiplex GX110 using windows XP and need help!

Doing some cleaning in quarantine and upon booting up this old comp just get a black screen after the loading windows xp page. Tried hitting delete/f2 but I don’t even know if that’s even supposed to do anything for an older model like this.

I do see the cursor and can move it successfully around the black page but nothing else happens. Doesn’t respond to anything I type.

Anyone have any ideas on seeing if this can load?
