Public computer interface?
I hope the admins let this one slide. I'm really interested about this, so if anyone can provide me with any info, It would be great.
About 10 years ago, there was a curious computer interface installed near the entry of a local elementary school in my neighbourhood. It was basically a computer screen embedded in a sort of a arcade game or ATM looking construction. It had a rolling ball for a mouse and the sickest metal keyboard.
Only Facebook, MSN and other soc. media websites were accessible on it. Unfortunately, local vandals destroyed the unit, and it was dismantled.
Does anyone know of a machine of this type? I've tried googling "public computer" but nothing came up.
Thanks everyone!
