Would you consider ISP tech support in a call centre tier 1 support?

Basically the title. Would you guys consider working in a call centre for an ISP in tech support, a desk support role when quoting experience. I'm considered tier 2 support in my job now, and deal with semi-complicated networking support.

I was wondering would you count this as experience for sys admin roles or network engineering roles?
