looking for entry level IT positions, any advice on skills/programs to learn?

I currently work at Best Buy and am really trying to escape the retail environment but still work with technology. I have a great grasp on Windows 7-10, Chrome OS and Office 365, as well as general troubleshooting from when I used to work for an ISP & overall have a great handle on technology. What programs or useful soft skills I should learn more about before applying to jobs, and are there any helpful resources out there? Thanks!
