How to break into IT with a Social Sciences Degree

Hello all! I currently work in at an Industrial Engineering company and recently obtained my PSM 1 & ITIL Foundation to improve workflow and assist with Salesforce implementation. I would like to make the leap to IT but am not sure where to go next seeing as I do not have an IT background. I've looked into IT Project Support/Technician roles but a majority of the roles seem to require understandings I've never heard of, any tips?
