I'm into IT, anxiety holding me back

I have a strong desire to have a career in the IT field. Well I have anxiety and depression that is telling me not to waste my time cause I'll be a failure anyway. Should I be worried about anything? I'm not worried about lack of knowledge because I have a desire, it's just my mental issue.
