Where to start?
Hello, r/InformationTechnology!
First of all, I'd love to hear about where you started!
I am a recent graduate and was wondering about trades schools in the Las Vegas area or anything about how to start. For starters I am currently enrolled to my local community college for computer science since the "Promise Scholarship" allows to attend for 3 years at no cost. I am also learning to code using udemy since I did a bit of php and html in middle school. Computers is something I've been passionate about since I was in middle school and quite honestly I am lost and overwhelmed on where to start. I have built a couple of gaming computers and kinda of keep up to date with the latest technology. I don't have a job anymore so I have lots of extra spare time to practice and learn what I need.
Am I off to a good start?
Is attending any type of school worth it? Would attending both a trade and community college be too much?
