Got Email back from application
Just applied for an entry level IT position. Got an email back saying.....
“Congratulations on being placed on the eligible list for the position of IT Technician.
Your application has been placed in rank 6 and will be considered for vacancies occurring for this position within the next year.”
How should I interpret this? I figure if I’m rank 6 that means the better ranked candidates will be interviewed and I’m on list for a backup. What do you think. Anyone have experience with this?
