How has your company approached remote workstation equipment?

I'm curious how various companies have approached their employees' remote offices. Are many companies providing monitors and keyboards? What about desks and chairs? Specifically - what has your company done, if anything?

I've seen a few companies offer just straight cash stipends. If your company does help employees, are they letting the employee own the equipment, or is the company still trying to own it?

It seems to be a hot topic these days.
