Where do I start?
As the title says what Certs can i get that put my foot in the door?
I went through a training school many moons ago and got certified on Server 2003, may of been 2007 i cant remember. I still have knowledge of active directory as stuff of that nature. Should I take the CompTIA A+ cert to help get me a job in IT? I understand it wouldn't hurt me any but what is the best Cert for someone without any experience other than Labs to be successful in landing that dream job of being in IT?
EDIT: I would really like to bypass "helpdesk"
