So I applied for a couple of Desktop Support positions and got it.
What is a professional way to negotiation salary pay even though they have a budget in mind?
Company A Pays me 2$ more but commute is way further but the I job I really want pays $2 than company A but has a way shorter commute time and better growth opportunities in company B.
What is the best way to approach for breaking Company B to increase their budget? Thanks all!
