Feasible to set up my own IT infrastructure for my elementary school classroom?

I have little experience in IT. I am a teacher who is hoping to go to a 1:1 device model (a chromebook for each student in the class).

Let's say I have 20 students next year who would maybe need to be able to stream at the same time.

First, is it feasible? What would the bandwith requirements be? What security measures would be required? What would maintenance time be like? What would total cost of setup/maintenance be?
