What is your specialization and how would you rate your job satisfaction?

I’ve been in helpdesk little under 2 years, not too long, not too little, I have my SEC+ and net+ and I have just about completed my bachelors degree in technical management with a concentration in networking and But I’m unsure of where to go from here, what certs to go for or what specialization I should aim for. What do you do and are you happy with the position?
