Autofill a form template

Hello guys, since the start of our work from home routine we answer surveys daily about Covid 19 and for three months my answer are always the same. I was just wondering if there is anyway where I can make a autofill template or some-sort that will answer all text box in just one click or fewer steps. The survey that we answer is in Sharepoint.

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!
