How can I go about getting an IT job with no experience, and an economics BA?
I want to work in IT. I recently graduated with an economics BA but I learned I don’t want to do anything with it, I’d rather work with computers. I don’t have any experience professionally working with IT, so I was wondering what certifications are best for putting on a resume? Do employers care about those certs? I also have a lot of customer service experience so I will emphasize that on my resume. Any tips? Thank you!
